Our new autoclavable corneal shields are packaged with one shield and one silicone suction cup for $50.00 each. They provide the design, dependability and convenience of our black corneal shields with the added benefit of reuse. The shield can be autoclaved and reused 10 times or more thereby reducing the cost per use to $5.00 or less. If your operating around the eyes, "Our Shields Protect the Eyes and You."

Advanced Design:

  • Smooth:  The smooth satin-like appearance allows some light through the lens.

  • Non-reflective:  This new non-glare satin finish reduces the reflection of light into surgeon's eyes.

  • Sterilizing: The shields must be autoclaved in an appropriate pouch or damage could occur.*

  • Steep Vaulted Design: Our shields are shaped to vault over the cornea to prevent corneal abrasion.

4 sizes available in non-handle style only:

  • Pediatric: Designed for infants and small children: Dimension 18x14 mm.

  • Small: Suggested for children and small adults: Dimension 21x18 mm.

  • Medium: Suggested for women with medium globes: Dimension 22x21 mm.

  • Large:  Designed for men with larger globes: Dimension 24x22 mm.

Packaging:

  • Each shield is packaged non-sterile in a pouch ready for autoclaving.

  • Each package will includes instructions for autoclaving, cleaning and preparing for reuse.

Sterilizing:   *The Shields and suction cup must be autoclaved before using and
                        packaged in a suitable sterilization pouch before re-autoclaving to
